“What do you mean delivery isn’t free? Other stores have free delivery!”
We get this question every single day.
And the short answer is: No delivery is truly “free.”
It’s just like the old saying about lunch — if someone tells you it’s free, you’re still paying for it somewhere.
How “Free Delivery” Usually Works
Sure, we could advertise “FREE DELIVERY” like other stores. But here’s what usually happens behind the scenes:
You still have to pay for cords, hoses, or gas connectors that the manufacturer doesn’t include.
There’s often an extra charge to remove your old appliances.
Some “free delivery” offers only mean they’ll drop it at your curb or garage, not bring it inside, level it, connect it, or test it.
That doesn’t sound very free to us.
Why Our Installation Isn’t “Free” — and Why That’s a Good Thing
Good help is hard to find — and we mean good help.
Fast-food chains are starting untrained workers at $15+ an hour just to show up. Retailers are paying $18–$24 an hour to stock shelves.
Now imagine the skill, care, and strength it takes to:
Drive a $100,000+ truck
Move the expensive appliance you’ve worked hard to buy
Bring it safely into your home without damaging floors, walls, or the product
Hook up electrical, gas, or water connections properly
If these things are done by someone undertrained and underpaid, the “cost” could be a lot more than the installation fee.
What You Get with Our Delivery & Installation
Our trained crews:

Answer your questions
The correct connectors and cords if not originally included.
Level and test your appliance to make sure it’s working before they leave
Haul away or relocate your old appliance - just let us know at the time of scheduling.
Clean up after themselves so you’re ready to use your appliance right away
We Can Do More Than Standard Delivery
Our in-house team can also handle custom work, including:
Wall oven installations
Cooktop installations
Built-in refrigerators
Ice maker installations
LP gas conversions
These jobs require precision and planning, so we provide an in-home estimate first. That way, you’ll know exactly what to expect, and we’ll be prepared with the right tools and time.
Want Free? We Can Do That — Kind Of
If you really want “free delivery,” we’re happy to:
Drop your appliance in your garage (locally)
Let you pick it up from our warehouse
Just keep in mind, the manufacturer doesn’t always include the necessary parts to hook it up. You might need to purchase additional connectors.
The Bottom Line
We believe quality is worth paying for. When you choose our installation service, you’re not just getting an appliance dropped at your door — you’re getting trained professionals who care about doing the job right.
And we think that’s a much better value than “free.”
